Cecilia Rodríguez Grellet is an Attorney-at-law graduated from the University of the Salvador (Universidad del Salvador – USAL) with a specialization diploma on Legal Advisory services for Air Companies offered by the University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires – UBA) and the Catholic University of Argentina (Universidad Católica Argentina – UCA).
Additionally, she has taken courses on Administrative Law, Corporate issues, Financial Law, Maritime Law and Customs Law in the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and an Aviation Law Postgraduate Course in the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).
VIEW MORE She has practiced law in the public sector as legal advisor to the Credit Management of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (B.C.R.A., for its Spanish acronym) for matters connected with the creation and administration of trusts. Regarding her current professional life, she is practicing law in the private sector, providing specialized advisory services on Airport and Aviation matters, and on Airport Infrastructure projects, with a marked vocation for contractual matters, Administrative and Corporate Law matters. She has led and participated in the development of start-up projects for Air Carrier companies. Furthermore, she has performed as the Statutory Auditor of Commercial Aviation Companies. She has also a vast experience in Business Acquisition, foreign investments in Argentina, licenses, negotiation and advisory services on debt restructuring of domestic and foreign companies. Furthermore, she is experienced in preparing projects for bidding processes called by the International Entities such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), among others. VIEW LESS

María del Milagro Rodríguez Grellet is an attorney-at-law graduated from the University of the Salvador (USAL).
She graduated from a Master Aeronautical Science- Specialization Aviation and Aerospace Management and Safety Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and is currently pursuing a Master in Business in Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University She has taken the Aviation Law postgraduate course in the National Institute of Aviation and Space Law (I.N.D.A.E.), and also a specialization course on Maritime Law in the Center for Strategic Studies of the Argentine Navy.
VIEW MORE Regarding her professional life, she has broadened her knowledge in aviation matters, the field where she has been practicing law since the beginning of her career, and had participated actively in providing corporate advisory services for aviation companies in the Argentine and international markets. Within the private law arena, she has lead the Legal Affairs Department of the Company American Falcón Líneas Aéreas, where she gained expertise on matters related to aviation companies and the different subjects of air activity. Academically, she has worked as associate professor to the Aviation and Admiralty Law course in the University Institute of the Argentine Federal Police (IUPFA); and as professor of the subject Legal Aspects of Transportation in the University of the Merchant Marine (UdeMM).
